Discover a personalized approach to recovery, movement, and overall wellness with Nida, a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of experience in rehabilitation and bodywork. With a background in physical therapy and competitive experience in CrossFit, bodybuilding, HYROX, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting, she brings a unique understanding of how the body moves, performs, and recovers.
Combining clinical knowledge with firsthand experience, Nida specializes in therapeutic and sports massage to help relieve muscular tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and keep clients doing the activities they love. Her approach focuses on understanding the body as a whole, rather than simply addressing areas of discomfort.
Beyond the Treatment Room
Outside of massage therapy, you'll find Nida at the gym, hiking, behind the DJ decks, or on the dance floor. As a DJ and promoter with Techno Snobs and Relentless Beats, she's actively involved in Arizona's electronic music scene.
